I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My contract stated I should not enter the premises for hrs after they are done foamingThe crew was breathing inside with no masks on while spraying was going on and the sprayer was the only one wearing a maskThis is where uneducated comes in, and the paint sprayer had no idea why he is supposed to paint the roof foamThe roof foam is painted to seal the foam because its a cheaper foam that needs sealingWhen I brought this up to Nick that maybe if his crew had some training with knowledge comes understanding and they would be able to do there job betterNicks reply was thats not trueRipping the cracking foam out of my walls with the same crew that installed it and have them re foam it was not an optionThis was Nicks only option to fix my wallsNick was hesitant to crawl underneath to view the whole mess he did not want to get dirtyWe looked under and put a wire in the foam measured about an inchThen he told me there was not enough room to sprayThe salesman crawled under when he sold me and told me there was enough rom to spray foamI was clearly sold a contract that they did not have the means to completeI was insulating my incoming water supply yesterday because they did not even attempt itCold air blowing in around the plumbing drain pipes and you can see daylight threw the floor and Nick is telling me its supposed to be that way and dose not understandWhen Nick was here he was very in my face and anything I said he made it clear it was this way and when he gets to itI found him to be very arrogant and full of himselfI will not be bullied into accepting this poor attempt at foaming my homeBottom line is I still have one inch of foam and a mess underneath instead of 4.5" foam as written in the contractWhen I called friday Morning they said they would address it mondayTwo people with a small portable set up showed up to fix all the places missed and holes underneathNick told them not to touch the cracked foam until he got there because he wanted to see it himselfData can be manipulated those unmarked blue barrels was something inferior to what I was supposed to getNick should have sent a rig and a crew and fixed it all on monday according to the contractI just got done sanding all the paint off the floor because the paint sprayer was blowing paint all over the placeI had To Rent Sanders to clean up this messI had to foam around all my windows and doors because even though it was promised to me it was not in the contractI have 30+ pictures of cracking foam and holes in the foam this mess created by UNTRAINED uneducated kids that told me they were illegal aliensHow does that still go on in this country does the labor board approve? As for the race thing my wife and kids are spanish.

Race, age and a high school education
have no relevance regarding this installation. After talking to [redacted] and
reading his four written complaints it is clear to me that [redacted] is racist. We
are a proud [redacted] dealer of over four years and have
documentation on the product purchased and used...

for this installation. In
addition I have data that can confirm dates, times on site and the amount of
material used on site. This data comes directly from the equipment used on site
and cannot be manipulated. The heat ducting had approximately
1-2" of foam (short of 4.5"), the remaining 95% of the floor had the
correct amount of foam installed. [redacted] made a comment on the texture of the
installed foam in the floor, saying that it's not smooth. My response was that
there's not enough ground clearance to spray with the technique needed to allow
for a smooth looking texture. The application was acceptable with consistent
depths of approximately 4.5", except the heat ducting an approximate 1' x
50' area. There were a couple of floor penetrations that were not sealed with
foam completely, however, plumbing lines are purposely left uninsulated to the
warm side, air space to the warm side prevents pipes from freezing, then foam
should be applied to the cold side of the plumbing. I tried to explain this to
[redacted] but he didn't understand. The foam on the cold side of the pipes needed
to be corrected and easily fixed. Foam was applied to the roof deck creating an
unvented roof assembly, requiring that the soffit vents are sealed off
completely with foam to the wall top plate. Naturally there will be foam
extending out over the wall top plate as
it should be to create a complete air seal. There was overspray on the inside
of the bathroom fan that could've easily been cleaned, obviously we would
prefer that this mistake not happen. Our installation crew was on site and
completed this project on Wednesday, August 9th , 2017 (1st site visit). The customer sent an email on 8/11/17 to the project
salesman expressing his dissatisfaction with the windows and doors not being
air sealed, questioning the installed foam depths and holes in the foam
application. I called [redacted] Monday morning 8/14/17 and told him a crew was on
their way out to him to address his complaints. My crew of two people arrived
on site after 10am and began addressing his complaints based on my direction
(2nd site visit). I had my crew address the window/door foam even though it was not in our contract to do so. I
personally showed up on the job site at approximately 1pm 8/14/17 to look over the installation. [redacted] and I walked the entire
project, after our walk-thru I concluded that I needed to return with the
original installation crew in order to complete the project to his
satisfaction. I told [redacted] that I would send a crew back Tuesday 8/15 or
Wednesday 8/16 and that I would call him back later that day to confirm which
day.  I left his job site at
approximately 2pm on 8/14/17. I called [redacted] back at approximately 3:30pm on
8/14/17. [redacted] answered the phone irate and was unwilling to cooperate with
rescheduling a return trip.  He would not
let us return and said that he was not going to pay his remaining balance of
$3,527.50. It was at this point in our conversation that I told him that I
would lean the property if he was unwilling to allow us resolve his
concerns.  An hour and a half previous to
our phone conversation [redacted] had me in person to express his complaints. Instead he waited until I was over an hour away and on the phone
to belittle and insult me repetitively, unprovoked. So yes, I lost my composure and said what I said at
the end of our phone conversation because he wouldn't say what he had said on the phone to my face. If we did not meet any of our contract obligations he would not have been able to fix this with $200 of materials and his labor. Furthermore, if [redacted] has a building permit an insulation inspection would be required by the town. If [redacted] passed
his insulation inspection then what are we doing here? And why haven't we been paid in full? The only fraud here is if the customer is allowed to behave this way
and get an incredible discount on some minor issues that we were more than willing to resolve but he
is unwilling to let us return. [redacted] tried to "keep an open mind" but
is just racist and saw an opportunity to pay less than contract and is taking advantage. Nicholas C. Member
