DFW Road Services & Tow

On April the towing company wrecked my vehicle and agreed to pay but then stop responding when received the bill

I called to have a tow for my car and for it to be sent to *** *** *** dealershipThe driver picked up my car over an hour and a half late and was delivering it to the dealership at p.mwhen I called the following day at p.mthey have not seen my car and cannot find itIt took the dealership over an hour and a half to find my car on the lot, the driver and the person at the office of the tow company said a sales rep told him to drop it in the back and leave the keys in itThe services I used to have my car towed requires a piand drop-off signature which the driver got neither and when I called the business to figure out why he did this he was very rude and short with me and telling me that I need to go up there and find my own carThe man in the office was very rude when I was trying to figure out where my car was and why the driver didn't get a signature for it or even dropped it off in the right spot the man in the office of the tow company started getting hostil

11/16/Experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! waited over hours for a towMy car became disbaled at 3:I called Insurane compnay at 3:for a tow..The first contracting tow service was suppose to be there at 5:pmI called them at 5:when no one showed upno answersomeone called me from Tucson AR at 5:pm stating that company had cancelled the service and they didnt know why but they are trying to find me another towing serviceThe driver for new towing service was suppose to be there at 6:but I get a call from him(***) at 6:pm saying he just got the call at 6:pm and he is west of Ft Worth, TX and it will be over an hour before he gets there*** finally showed up at 7:The people are so unprofessional..car stopped in *** ** *** *** *** ***, I get miles on Insurance for freeIts miles from where car stopped to my housethey wanted to charge me $for more milesbut when ***(driver) get to me he calculated $So I had to call DFW an
