I contacted [redacted] at DFW Roofing and Restoration on September at 10am I was buying a new house and needed a professional opinion on the house's roof and a number of other items I needed a quick turnaround, due to the looming deadline for me to opt out of my contract [redacted] immediately set to work scheduling an on-site visit to assess the deficiencies noted in my inspection report He was able to do the roof assessment for me almost immediately - I had the necessary information in my hands the same day by 3pm [redacted] was very honest in his assessment and went above and beyond to give me the information I needed in the timeframe I required I look forward to doing business with [redacted] and his team again

I interviewed four roofing contractors in the course of selecting a contractor for my roof job I first called *** ***, principal of DFW Roofing, and he came out the very next day I liked him at our first meeting; he was very helpful and found ways to give me even more value for my moneyIn fact, I was about to hire him then and there, but my skeptical nature kicked in and I called several others for their bidsAfter meeting with all the rest, I still preferred *** to all of themAnd in addition to the roof replacement, I had him paint and re-gutter the entire house and strip and restain my deckAnd the entire job was within what I had budgeted for the roof alone!
He does what he says he'll do, and the entire job was completed within a week after we signed the contractI couldn't believe how fast and professional his workers were; they cleaned up very well and did super workBeing skeptical, I asked a home inspector to inspect the job afterward, and the inspector himself told me he was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the workWhen I told him how much *** charged me for the job, the inspector told me I had indeed gotten a great bargain and value for my moneyThe inspector found only a few minor parts of the job that could be touched up, and *** had his guys come fix them immediately and without hesitation
You hear a lot of horror stories about bad roofing contractors out there I can tell you *** is one of the good guys!
