I am a businessman and would like the owner (Mustafa/Jemal) and staff under investigation at
DFW Thrift Store (6300 Skillman Street, #147A, Dallas, TX 75231, Phone: 469-364-9185).
I made a purchase less than 20 days. I have my receipt and evidence of purchase. I spend over a $1,000. The furniture was pickup from the store and some items were delivered to my place of business. I would like a refund for all these items purchased. The furniture are not damaged and DFW Thrift Store owner refuses to give customer a refund. I need items that were purchased to be pickup from my business within two days so, I can receive my refund and won't be over my days of receiving money back.

to whom it may concern. to be clear our policy is no returns on all sales, if there are problems and issues with the furniture we will be happy to fix damages or if need be an even exchange. customer did mention there are no issues with furniture, so we do not have a reason for any refund. also, I would like to mention that the customer did not come in the store to even try to resolve his issues with us. we will attached a picture of our store policy signs in this complaint. again we did not have an opportunity to resolve this issue in the store as we have not seen the customer come in the store. we have also tried to contact the customer and we did not get a reply back.
