DFWVapor.com would like to take notice of this complaint and offer the following response:
We at DFW Vapor.com offer a variety of high quality electronic cigarette products and accessories at fair pricesOur customer service is excellent and we honor our in store warrantyPlease note that every receipt contains the warranty policyThe DFWVapor.com warranty policy states that, "A valid receipt must be present for all warranty claimsThe warranty is for days from purchase and covers manufacturer defects onlyConsumable items are not covered under warranty and no refunds or exchanges will be givenE-Liquid sales final.” Thanks DFW Vapor Management A receipt is includedOur customer stated the *** *** II was bought in May of The claim also states that it was brought into the store in January in the hopes of exchanging said product for a new productThis customer understands that the product had been bought "over months" ago which falls out of the in store warranty periodOur customer did not provide a receipt or package for the *** *** II when attempting to return it to the store in JanuaryThe manufacturer may warrant the *** *** is past the in-store warranty and suggest our customer contact them about this issueAlthough this product fails out of our warranty period we invite our customer to come into the store so our staff can assistin the selection of a new electronic cigarette at the best price we can offerWe value our customers and make every reasonable effort to satisfy their vaping needs

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhen I approached the female owner in January I told her and her associate that I found an online website and reached out to them and to no avail they did not respond, but that I wasn't sure if they were the correct manufacturer? I showed both of them my product box and they agreed I had a manufacturer warrantyI told the associate the website I found and the email address I used and what information I emailed to themAll I ask is for the correct information and they come back with what Ive already told them I hadNot understanding why this has become so difficult? Unfortunately they give me no choice but to chuck this up as a lossI have nothing but bad reviews for this vape shop and will NEVER returnI believe that this is extremely wrong and karma is a ***!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The owner knew when selling that particular item that there was no manufacturers warranty provided but sold the item anywayGive me the suppliers information so I can try and resolve the warranty issue with them myselfWhen I came into your establishment in Jaunary I had my packaging to show the year warranty on the package itself.
