unit" he bought from a company called *** ***and he had a complaint of a of a sales person by the name of *** *** not responding to his requestto return the product*** *** did not purchase the product from us so we could not refundhis purchase of $Mr*** purchased his product from *** *** which is an online storenot affiliated with our company*** *** has a return policy of daysWe have included a printout of their return policy for your review also here is the direct link to that information*** However, our sales person *** stillagreed to help the customer as much as we couldMr*** did send us a video of his attempt touse the product which is where we noticed right away that Mr*** was not using the productcorrectlyIt's clear the product is not broken or defective and troubleshooting with the customer willresolve his issueWe have emailed the customer to convey this point but we have not been able to getMr***, to respond to our attemptsAlso being that Mr*** did not place his order with uswe have no other means of contacting himWe have sent several follow up emails to Mr*** onJanuary 21, and also on the 26th to assist with troubleshooting and just simply to respond, howeverno contact has been establishedCopies of those emails will also be providedIt is our goal to help thecustomer learn how to use the product and enjoy his purchase we also want to adhere to the timeframethe Revdex.com has requested.We would like to help Mr*** learn to use his Power Starter correctly and a phone call could takecare of all of his issuesWe however could not refund him any money for his product as we are not thecompany he purchased it from
