I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But I wsh to address [redacted]'s response:This is closed, [redacted]. I hired someone else to remove the tree. Going to the Revdex.com was a last resort after waiting and waiting for you. During that time you had time to attend a Wine Festival in Reserve. I was not a priority. I think we both know you had no intention of finishing the job. My only comments are:1) I always treated you and your workers with kindness and respect. The only person who did not was you, [redacted]. You sent your stepson out to do my work with 2 chainsaws that did not work and a truck that broke down. When I suggested he call you about this he said he did not want to because you would be "mad." You put me in a bad position between you and your stepson and set him up to fail in his work for me.  Then complained to me about his lack of work ethic and subsequently left me hanging when he was not able to complete the job.2) I object to the rascist term "wetbacks." I think your ancestors have been in the USA longer than mine. Expecting you to fulfill an obligation to complete a job is not prejudice. Of note, a stone mason who is of Mexican National origin did my rock work and did an outstanding job for which he was well paid. 3) I always paid you whatever you asked, execpt for the first job you did for me. Your quote was double that of Southwest Concrete. You explained that this is what you charged the Mine for work you did for them. You adjusted your price down to that of Southwest Concrete.  If you recall, this was your first job after getting your contractor's license.  I chose your company at the recommendation of my plumber for whom I have the greatest respect and because I wanted to patronize businesses that were close to my home.Finally, thank you for taking time to review my concerns and to respond, [redacted].

discussed yet it took way more than 3 hours like she claims like I said to her were nt migrate wetbacks we have wages if she was so disappointed with our work in the past why did she call us back to do more work I appreciate the and am grateful for the work my employees told me or complained to me that she didn't treat them very nice the first time we worked there the Saturday I received the complaint in the mail I was going myself to d what she wanted done it was my only day off I sent [redacted] the ac tual bill in the mail after the fact that she complained and she paid us the difference I wish her well and thank her for the work in the past thank you [redacted]
