Attached is the request that was sent over to our third party affiliate that handles all of or Hopeaway Holiday vacations this was sent over in March but looks like the third party affiliate did not process the vacation cert. Myquestion is to the consumer if they would like their $49.00...

On November 18th 2016 to stay for a 3 day 2 night stay to show what we have to offer as camping Resort which would include 1000 of other resorts to stay at.We do not have pushy sales team the membership sales itself with all the discounts. (Please see three reasons why I jointed form) Ms. [redacted]...

informed the sales person that she could afford the $3500.00 membership with membership dues of $105.00 per quarter which membership dues did increase from $105.00 a quarter to $110.00 a quarter the next year in April 2017 (attached is the forms that states that your membership dues can increased 5% per year which Ms. [redacted] signed) Ms. [redacted] was approved for the Good Sam's credit card for $1800.00 which she agreed to and balance due was $1700.00 which was financed through our outside financed company with 0% interest rate which she agreed (please see attached membership agreement) Which after Ms. [redacted] informed me of the hardship I talk to the owners of the company and we paid off the loan at Monterrey Financial for her hoping this would help her and make her a happier member. Total amount paid off was $854.98. Regarding making reservations at one of the affinities Resorts parks international over night fees are $10.00 a night the member call the reservations desk and they will make the reservation for you.The sister resort Canyon Creek Resort is on Putah Creek within 8 miles of Lake Berryessa. I am rejecting this response because:  Yes, I did receive a check on 8/31/2015 for $3,000, although the statement made was a lie.  The discussion started on 4/30/2015 and after many unresponsive emails, the sales rep agreed to a refund on 6/21/2015.  After weeks of no check an email was sent to [redacted] (president/owner) and [redacted] GM.  After several more weeks and me providing them with a copy of the contract - no response.  On 7/24/2015 filed complaint with Revdex.com and on 8/14/2015 and email from GM stating a check was being sent overnight which never occurred.  On 8/31/2015 check received via normal postage.  Thank you Revdex.com for your help!  I will still note that management of Canyon Creek Resort, lack customer service, responsiveness and consumers should be aware they have an over promise mentality that can't be honored.

I am rejecting this response because: I can not comment on the incident that was suppose to have happened, what I do know that its been exaggerated. the spot where we parked at didn't have enough space to park out truck on the right hand side or in front of the 5th wheel so we know form going there many years the left side nobody camps there as there is no electric or water hook up and its on heavy gravel  floor so tents cant even park there so we parked there. we were  asked to move the truck as they said its a camping space we then asked where  can we park they said next to the bathroom but we will have to pat $5 a night then they told us to move our TV dish as it was in a camp space it was on a little hill, we looked around and seen plenty of dishes far away from peoples RVs when we pointed this out they said they work here and can do what they want, how fare is that ? we paid over $5,000 to join should we have the same respect as somebody who works/ lives there? its not our fault the spaces are to tight to park your truck next to it we refused to pay the $5 a night as in the hand book we can park one car/truck next to the RV . every time we go to canyon creek there is always a issue on the nightly cost we pay $1 a night and get charge between $2 and $5 when I talk to the staff saying nobody pay that they get all aggressive and tell me I`M Wrong, then when they find out I`m right I get no apology, it just sets the mood for the whole weekend, we feel its not a nice place to go anymore to relax, we have been going for a few years with no problems and now we have this on our file just makes us out to be trouble makes and were not all were hard working people who just want to get away and relax.

I am rejecting this response because:In reply to your request for our response, customers did purchase a one year members and were given a resort catalog. However, we purchased from two very pushy salespersons who made a wonderful example of our being able to enjoy the resort catalog when we shared with them our plans to leave on a 3 to 4 month RV trip throughout the Northwest in the next 7 to 10 days. Their encouragement on being able to save so much on RV park stays was very interesting. The first day out we were not even in the system. We later found out after better than three weeks of $40 to $50 a night of RV park charges we wouldn't be in the system for up to six weeks which I was not verbally notified of before signing the contract and all of which certainly became a great surprise. This was first clue of our regret for falling for this misinformation. The second and even more regrettable was after returning from the aforementioned trip we tried to make reservations at Canyon Creek for ourselves and our son and daughter-in-law for a campout together. At that time it was the first we heard we could camp together by our paying $4.00 per night for ourselves but our kids would have to pay at the going rate of $40 a night. We were not advised of this either before we signed their contract. We have been told after we began our dispute the information concerning camping with family is noted in the handbook which was given to us as we walked out the door along with other information we were not aware of before signing the contract. When we go on a trip it is mostly just the two of us. When we go camping it is with our family and that is the most IMPORTANT to us so important we would never have signed a contract knowing those restrictions. We are certainly not going camping enjoying our kids and we pay $4.00 a night and expect them to pay $40 a night. That is tatamount to asking someone to your home for dinner and charging them for the food they consumed. We will not be availing ourselves to anything connected to this outrageous and unfair what we consider close to a scam. Our objections to this manner of doing business have been ongoing since August and we are weary of being taken advantage of and want our money back![redacted]

Describe the incident or concern: On the evening of May 30th, at approximately 2045 hours. I was patrolling the area of section C. I saw a black truck speeding through the area. The truck was being driven in an erratic manner and did not appear to be considerate of the many small children walking...

and cycling through the area. I noticed the vehicle accelerate at a high speeds towards me as I was driving a golf cart. The truck made an overt swerve onto the grass area where I was traversing because I got off the gravel road driving path to avoid the trucks path. The driver came to a sliding halt which almost caused his truck to strike my golf cart due to the loose gravel road. A white male, who identified himself as a camper who had been talked to earlier in the day regarding camp site restrictions. He velled multiple expletives as he wanted me to go and "harass" the other campers. He said we were harassing him earlier only because he was not American. The man appeared quite intoxicated and very beligerent towards me ([redacted]). I asked the man to the heavy smell of alcohol during our brief encounter. He replied with a number of profanities/expletives and got back into his truck and sped off. I requested he drive slower because of the children in the area. I followed at a distance and saw he parked near C-5 or C-6 bathroom area.I left the area to avoid further incidence as it was obvious the man was not capable of rationale thought process and was incapacitated by the level of his intoxication. As I was approaching the guard/ranger shack I saw the man driving the same black truck. 4 wheel vehicle at an unsafe speed through the camp grounds and exit. I went to seek a witness ([redacted] Healv. security staff) and together we went to seek further guidance from [redacted] at his motor home site. Mr. [redacted] was informed of the guest's condition of intoxication and wreckless endangerment behaviors towards the other campers/visitors. The decision to leave the guest along and avoid contact was made by Mr. [redacted].Dear Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]This letter is to follow up on the conversation we had on 6/4/2015. Your membership has been suspended for 32 days effective June 4 thru July 6th 2015. Please see below for violations:1. Verbal Abuse/Intimidation of staff2. Speeding (large black truck going 30mph in Resort)3. Conduct: Alcohol-intoxicated & belligerentEnclosed is a new copy of the Resorts hand book. If you have any questions please give me a call.Sincerely,[redacted]General ManagerCanyon Creek Resort & Delta Shores Marina
