D&G Ewing

I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300 with only 66,500 miles. The test drive went well, the ride home didn't. The front end starting shaking and the car started pulling to the right. I needed a four wheel alignment and my tires balanced....I paid for this myself only 2 weeks after purchase. The turn signal multi-switch broke before I even made it home. Now, I find out from a mechanic that my wheels are so deteriorated that I may lose tire pressure or my tires could blow out. But the best part is that while I was having my tires balanced I was informed that the wheels that are on the car have spacers and are ILLEGAL! THEY SOLD ME AN ILLEGAL VEHICLE! I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED UNTIL THE WHEELS ARE REPLACED. How was this car on the lot, inspected, with illegal wheels?
