Contract was very simple, to work leveling our backyard, which had a slope that caused rainwater to flow into our home direction with the risk of floodingAt the request of the supplier we paid the total service in advance (more than $ 5,000 canadian dollars)Works began during early December 2013, but were not concluded because the contractor told us that the soil was frozen and could not continue.The contractor promised us that starting March or April, the first project to conclude sholud be ours since everything was already paid in advance. Since April we have been asking the contractor to come over and they has not showing up, they just did answer us an email for asking us if we would desired new projects on the area, but we said no, we just wanted that they come over and finish the phase one.From that moment, we had sent out at least 6 emails and not less than 10 phone calls to their office, which always answers a message answering machine.Two weeks ago, they finally answered a email saying that they would come to work on Sunday, because they are very busy (The original promise is that we would be the first since we already paid in advance)Again they did not show up.In summary, the contractor charge 100% of the project but the backyard job still not done at all, they do not answer emails, do not answer the phone calls.In summary , this company has not fulfilled its promise. they do not answer back email, or phone call.
