I just received notification of this complaint yesterday 06/15/I don't doubt that prior notification was sent however, I am just seeing this for the first timeMr***'s fixture was repaired and sent out to him on 05/20/(UPS tracking # [redacted] )He filed a claim with his credit card company and therefore we are not able to provide him with the new fixture he ordered because at this time the order has been voided from the system due to the chargeback filedHe claims that he did not receive responsesI believe this not accurateI spoke to Mr [redacted] and informed him that his order was being worked on and the repairs alsoOur company no longer works directly with homeowners (we sell through distribution) like Mr***, but because of our longstanding relationship we honored his request Mr [redacted] did not pay for any warranty workThis work was provided at no costOur warranty does not state that fixtures will be fixed within a specific timeframeWe work and handle repairs as they come in and supplies are availableThis is a free product and serviceI phoned Mr [redacted] today to address his complaint and address any other concerns, which he proceeded to insult the co-owner, myself and the companyHe ultimately huon meAt this time I believe the matter has been addressed
