The roof repair is also NOT $2500that was repairing MANY cracks and painting the house inside.He is a liar Have him send you contract that shows roofing amount.Second We repaired twice as much roof than was in contract because he is crazy and just made things up and would not pay at all unless a lot of free work was done.He is making things up as he goes along He tried to say we were suppose to paint the whole house too, until I put my foot down on said "NO" He is in poor health and is a bitter man and has no money to have the house stabilized so it stops moving I had other roofers go out and also check, They said the house is moving the same as I said [redacted] and myself and worked on it the house has a horrible roof design designed to fail with multiple add ons Thanks [redacted] D&G Painting and Remodeling [redacted]

I hired this contractor to do a concrete retaining wall and wood fenceThe initial agreement was for approximately weeksTheir work was substandard, my whole yard was destroyed to include my sprinkler systemAfter two months I have to hire another contractor to complete the work and fix all the susbstandard work done to be able to pour the concreteThey received half of the cost at the beginningI heard every excuse from the truck broke down to it suppose to rain to have the work doneEvery time I call or left messages all I got was one lie after anotherI won't recommend this contractor to do any concrete workHis employees have no idea of what their doing and the Contractor lacked supervision and credibilityIf you need to do a retaining wall run away from this company....he talks a lot, but lacked on deliveryI finally have my retaining wall done and fence by another contractor

His tile is popping up and loose from floor. He has no idea what he is talking about, It would take a structural engineer minutes to figure this out. there are shifting cracks thru out the entire house excluding the entry. I worked in the Forensic Engineering field for 20+ years and know what I am talking about. You can look up Dabney Group Incmy fathers engineering company. This house has moved quite a bit everyone of my employees said this. The reason we were doing work for him was to FIX the stress cracks

I have proof that my house has not moved during or after the repair it is true that where I live has ground movementDoes that mean that any roof repair or replacement warranty is null and based on location? Just an easy excuse for poor work!

The mans house is shifting on its foundation  We repaired his roof and all was well for 6 months  now rain and broken foundation have moved the house and the roof has a tiny leak due to this   He is insisting it is my...

fault I told him to call a structural engineer to explain what is happening and he refuses and insists it my fault.  his house in in a Horrible area for foundation movement on the side of a hill and cracking all over.  He is mad because I told him the answer that he did not like.  The previous roofer told him the same thing.  He is un happy with the movement of his house and that I can do nothing about.  He does not want to spend money to fix it in the proper way and just blames everyone else who tells him what the problem is.  I have been out to the house 6 times to try and help but he thinks it is my fault.  It is not.
