Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Because yes in fact your technician Blake did say he thought it would possible last another years I am not lying about this and I do not appreciatethe Manager Kevin say that I did He is wrong Isn't the customer always right? Blake is an excellent technician he went above and beyond the service call the first time servicing in the garage on the unit But when I called back the second time for him to come Kevin Manager said know he is our commercial division and does not do residential So they sent out anothertechnician that did not take the time doing the maintenance or adjustment that Blake did I am really upset that Manager - Kevin would insist that this was never said and the only reason I ever choose their company was that I thought they were a top notch appliance refrigeration compamy in the TriCities, because I would see their truck running up and down Reata Roadin Kennewick Manager - Kevin not only insulted me as a customer but as a woman as well because he keeps trying to sell me a brand new over $10,instead of admitting he is wrongand his technician Blake is one the best employees he has no wonder he is in the commercial division He doesn't want the big corporate businesses down his throat, one little homeowneron Reata Road in Kennewick is no big deal I will no longer not be doing business with Bob Rhoades every again Sincerely, [redacted]

December 6, 2017RE: ID# *** *** *** *** **Dear *** ***:On August 21, 2017, Ms*** called our office for a No Cool, outdoor unit not working.Because of the weather, we were booked out over a weekShe, at that time, had us schedule anappointment, which was
set up for Tuesday, August 29, At this time, she was informed ofour service rate of $per hour, which is from the time we leave the office until the time weget backWe are around minutes to hour travel time one-way, depending on trafficThefees were agreed upon and we set up service call.When my service tech arrived at Ms***'s house, he proceeded in checking out the system.He found a bad condenser motor on the old Sundial air conditionerThe condenser motor is nolonger available and we couldn't find anything aftermarket that would fitBecause of the age ofthe equipment (over years old), nothing new will match with the old systemWe gave Ms.*** some options for different replacementsShe was told at the time that if she replacedthe system through us, there would not be a charge for the service callShe stated that shecouldn't afford to do any replacement at that time, so we sent her the bill for the service callShepaid the bill in full on September 19, for the amount of $217.20.Our company has labor, fuel, truck expense and insurance costs that incur with each service call.We feel our charges are not extreme and Ms*** knew the charge was not only for the timeour technician was at her house, but also for full travel back and forth and agreed to them whenthe appointment was made.Kevin L***' Service Manager

Mr*** was in our dealership on 1/4/16. We are ordering a radio to address his concern. I spoke to Mr*** and he indicated to me that his complaint was not with Preston Hood Chevrolet, but with GM instead. He mentioned that he has owned several GM vehicles and they all have
had similar concerns. There has only been one repair attempt made on his vehicle at this time. He has made several trips, but only one repair attempt was made to this point. *** ** ***Complaint ID # ***To Whom It May Concern:BOB RHODESHEATING AND AIR CONDITION GIn regards to Ms*** complaint on our company, Bob Rhodes Heating & AirConditioning, IncFirst work we did for her on April3, was for
a maintenanceand thermostat problem.One of our technicians, Blake, was dispatched to look at the problem and domaintenanceHe arrived (per our logs) at 2:pmHe did the maintenance onsystem and found someone had locked out the thermostat so that it couldn't beadjusted.We didn't her back from Ms*** again until July 12, 2017, with complaint thatsystem was running a lotJason was sent out for service callHe did a completecheck out of system, amp draws, freon charge and deaned outdoor coilEverythingwas working as it should at this time.Ms*** called the office back on August 8, 2017, saying her system wasrunning all tithe time and she was freezingJason was dispatched back out onAugust 9, The system itself was working fineJason adjusted thermostat toa warmer temperature to let house warm up a littleJason explained to Ms***that she needed to set thermostat to a comfortable temperature for her and that wewould not charge her for this call.We had no other calls from Ms*** the balance of Summer and into WinterInDecember, 2017, she called demanding that we send Blake out at no chargebecause she was having system running a lot issues.Ms*** was told at this time we would be glad to come out and check her unitbut there would be a service call charge.I tried to explain to her that her system is older and because of the cold temperaturethe system was going to run a lot or possibly all the time because of the way a heatpump works.At no time did Blake ever tell Ms*** that she had at least to years left onher systemWe are not fortune tellers and cannot tell how long a system has leftespecially older ones .As far as money refunded, she hasn't been charged anything since July of 2017.Ms*** made the decision for us to not come out and check system inDecember 2017.The heating and ale system is functioning as well as it can for its age.We have checked the system numerous times and find no issuesKevin L***Service manager
