Ms [redacted] , I have reviewed your account, and I do see notes that you called in back on 6/30/and were instructed to call in to cancel your service after your last contracted servicePer your agreement it states that you must notify us to cancel or else we continue to service your homeI was told by your technician [redacted] that you asked him to always call you after servicing your home He informed me that he called you that day like always to tell you he performed the serviceWe also notified you by voicemail, text and email that we were coming out to service your homeIt states that if you have any particular needs to contact the officeWe never heard from you, so we completed the scheduled serviceI'm not saying I don't believe that you didn't want the service, but I don't have anything to support you in a refund I would however be willing to give you a service for free due to the fact your unhappyIf you have any proof that a service wasn't performed I would like you to provide me with itIm more than happy to help you if you can provide me with any useful information Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Like I said in my argument, it was agreed that July would be my last service with your company It was clear in the note screen when I spoke to other people at your business It as clearly noted that my last service would be July, which was read to me off your wonderful systemThe error is on your lack of understanding your computer system I received the automated phone call and rejected the service I did speak to [redacted] and told him not to perform his services at my residence He said that he would not do anything and let your office know, as well as he clarified that I woud not be billed Whether or not he is lying to me or lying to you is irrelevant because like I have received in the past, a yellow receipt on my door signed by [redacted] that he was there and the performance that was performed at my house each time I did not receive that from him this time because he never performed any services I have asked for a refund and I am still asking for a refundYou took $from my acccount for supposedly a one time service call Even if I was to continue the services it wasn't $everytime you came out to spraySo either way you are taking money that does not belong to you Unless you can provide proof that he was there at my residence and actully sprayed and performed services and not just proof that you are billing me I am still going to argue my refundI still have not received copies of the note screens that you promised you would mail to me prooving all previous conversations You promised you would give me the name of the person I spoke with regarding another financial error on your part and I still have not received any additional information from your office prooving your case I would like you to refund my money so that we can all move on with our livesThis is rediculous and your business and and customer service needs major improvement Regards, [redacted]

We have responded to Mr*** with emailing a copy of his service agreement back in January of He called in to speak to a manager back in April, which I called him back the next day and left a voicemailWe never received a return callBecause he has refused service per contract he was
cancelled and charged a $fee If Mr*** would like to continue service and fulfill his contract I will remove $charge

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from Eco Shield sending me a copy of the "contract" does not satisfy me. The contract was signed only as a result of deceptive practices from their representative. The so called contract was dubbed a receipt by said representative and it was clear during our conversation I did not desire a contract. Whether directly or indirectly, Eco Shield is responsible for the actions of their employees. Having worked in a service industry for years, I am well aware that employers often have to honor promises made by their employees to maintain good report with the community they serve. I will accept nothing short of a full refund of the monies I feel were unlawfully and perhaps with intentional deceit taken from my account.

I am rejecting this response because:
I never received an email from you or your company. The GPS doesn't prove anything but that he was in the area and yet you are the only one  who has viewed his GPS.  Where is your customer serivice? You don't have enough evidence to take money out of someone's account without written authorization.  That should be against the law.  Where are all of my prior conversations you said your were going to mail to me proving that I did speak with someone at your office and how come you are the only one arguing this when your office clearly stated that it was a mistake on your part?? You are not proving anything to me. I don't have any from you either or proof that you ever sent it.  I am still asking for my money back. I am a single mother and I need that money for her.  You don't care about your customers at all.  I am not letting this go, so please honor the refund so we can move on?

Mr. [redacted],I apologize that I haven't gotten back to your wife, I actually had to leave the office today shortly after we spoke and was unaware she called.  Like I stated before your wife called in and spoke to me a few months ago. I gave her an apology for a service that was not up to...

her standards. I then gave her a service for free and even lowered your rate. She agreed to stay on service.  We sent you a text and automated phone calls to notify you of service a week prior and additionally the day before.  If you were not wanting service all your wife had to do is call in and cancel it. You are longer in an agreement and can cancel at anytime. If the Technician was not able to service the backyard last service due to a locked gate, or if he missed any cobweb I'm more than happy to send someone back free of charge and get that taken care of. I will go ahead and cancel the account effective immediately upon your decision. However a refund per agreement will not be able to be issued. If you would like a copy of your service agreement please let me know, I will be glad to send it to you.Thank you
