DGH Roofing

Review: I contracted with DGH Roofing for an entire roof replacement. The contract says "Inspect, repair, replace bad wood up to 5% of total square footage addition is time plus material." When I gave him the final payment his parting words to me were I stand by my work, if you have any problems call me. When I went into my crawl space in the rafters I saw a piece of roof wood missing that measured 11ins. by 4ins. I called him to come look at it which he did but he said this was not a problem, but this seems like a large enough hole that it should be repaired. Granted it is covered by tar paper and shingles, but seems that it could cause a problem in the future. When I said I knew you would say that it was no problem he went ballistic and started shouting that I was disrespecting him and starting using the F word. The first time I met him, when he came to give an estimate, he made a homophobic remark which he said was a joke, I told him it was offensive since my son is gay. This could be disrespectful to a lot of people, not just me, and is not smart for a businessman to be saying.He stormed out of my house so I don't know if this hole is going to be repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like repairs made to my satisfaction.
