Needless to say, this letter comes as a surprise to us and is the first time we can remember getting a letter from the Revdex.com. [redacted] would be happy to provide further documentation in regards to [redacted]’s history with us, if it comes to that. We are hoping this is simply some sort of misunderstanding.
