why your Medical Assistance did not pick up the difference is that, as is true of all of the DGR providers, [redacted] does not participate in Medical Assistance and we receive no reimbursement from them. If you did not receive bills from your visits with Dr. N[redacted], it is because he elected not to bill you for those co-payments.I hope that this clarifies the billing situation for you.
