First let me state he turns and twists things around he took our money in June and didn't start the job until end of August, always an excuse why he couldn't do or start the job this should tell what kind of person we are dealing with here !! Anyway back to his statements there was no discussion of any gutters on the building--secondly he was suppose to run a 3rd drainage pipe from the side of the slab to the front (garage door) side where the apron was which he did not that would account for the extra drainage pipe left over ft which he did not put down, when I confronted him on this he said no problem he would drop it off the following week and have his kid and helper install it---weeks went by and again no show (notice same as garage) ! I had my husband and friend install a rd pipe to remove excess water where we discussed because water was laying on top of ground all around the side of garage which he didn't install plus he shorted me a load of stone $350 I had to buy stone/labor/pipe= $1500. To show you what an amateur this guy was he ordered yds of cement to do a 30ft x 40ft garage with an apron, I even went on line and calculated yds and yds for the apron just on a online site--also have two low spots in the concrete---and he still didn't get the slab square, I had to pay a mason to come and cut the slab that overhung and add inches concrete for feet on front right corner because garage people couldn't set frame up because the slab was not square not only that they had to come back the following week to reinstall and chged us $to come back to put up garage and plus I had to pay $to cut and re-concrete feet of inches wide because the building was out of square ! I expect a $3,refund from this company for due negliegence on his part and amateur installation and heartache and grief and not only did he take advantage of senior citizens he has also be reported to HomeAdvisor.com where he advertises, for doing shoddy work and also taking advantage of senior citizens budgeted monthly income that they have to live on and to be deceived like this is not right !
