These are emails from the previous owners to me, and back and forth between them and Donovan H*** The only time the D [redacted] came to my house was to go over with me on paper what was still waiting to be done I have sent you that too I tried to highlight the parts of the emails that pertain to the immediate question Please let me know if you need more The previous owners were paid back out of my loan for what they paid to DHC This is why I am the one who has to get it back

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: DH Construction response is not all truthful, I am still left with damages to repair, work never completed, previous owners never came to see completed work, they over paid DHC because he told them work was done DHC walked off the job voluntarily, never came to talk to me about finishing Sincerely, [redacted]

This is Donovan H***, [redacted] at the time of construction requested that I give her a bid for it so she could buy itSo I gave her a bid and also had to go through the homeowner, and get their blessing to move forward with work, which the original owner.I So I did the work, I got in ah horrific accident, about died, was in the hospital over a month and half, talked to [redacted] while this was going on, told her as soon as I was better I would come over and finish what what needed to be doneWhich was painting, because she bought paint that was discolored, not the right color of paint to do touch up so that stood outWhen I was in the hospital I called [redacted] , the actual owners of the house, and had them come up and take a look at all the work that had been done, and they were totally satisfied with the whole job, paid me in two checks, and were happy and told me to get betterThat was the last I heard of it [redacted] was not the actual owner of the house and was supposed to pay out at closing in November, but [redacted] had a internet scam felony that was trying to dissolve and [redacted] couldn't get it dissolved until after JanuarySo the closing date would've drug on from Nov-Jan cause of [redacted] so me and homeowner decided we would just take care of it since we were the responsible partiesAnd then once they sold the house whether it was to [redacted] or to whomever they would just add on the cost of the little fixer uppers on the end of closing
