Unfortunately as a new state pool rule the large floaties are not allowed in the pool. Also, proper pool clothing is to be worn in the pool at all times. Upon discussing with the PCA that the large floaty needed to be out of the pool as well as proper pool attire needs to be worn the PCA
then get extremely load as well as verbally abusive and using foul language and threatening the assistant manager of the property with physical harm as well as physical contact with the assistant manager Kelly ***. The maintenance tech for the property, Randy *** was witness to the 'event'. Never is threatening behavior acceptable on the property directed at management, staff, other residents or anyone else. Yes, the police were called for this. There were many other people and children at the pool and they certainly do not need to hear that kind of language eitherThe situation was then discussed with the V.Pof property managers and it was decided that the townhome would have their pool privileges revokes for the summer. All vehicles on the property are monitored. Vehicles can only stay in guest parking for hours, we usually give a grace period of 24/more hours and then vehicles are tagged and then towed. They can and will be tagged for sitting too long, illegally parked, not street legal, known resident vehicles staying in guest parking. Please certainly let us know if there is any other information needed. However, at this time we will consider this case closed due to the amount of evidence and lease violations

I am rejecting this response because:
I wasn't even there at that time. My PCA is no longer with me. I don't feel that we should suffer for what the PCA did. I got a letter from the Doctor saying that my granddaughter needed that innertube for therapeutic purposes. Rules are rules I understand that, but I didn't know that my PCA used bad language. I heard from other tenants here that drinking alcohol is okay in the pool falling down drunk. Their afraid to say anything or what is happening to me would happen to them. There are families at the pool seeing that. All I have to say is that I wasn't even there. I want my grandkids to be able to use the pool.

Yes, we understand you- [redacted] were not there at the time.  Unfortunately your lease (and all others on the property) and our policy includes any person in association with your townhome.  The incident was a violation of the crime free housing addendum of your lease as the PCA that is associated with your townhome was assaulting our staff.  Unfortunately this is not the first incident from your townhome this summer either as we did as you know have to ask [redacted] to leave the office on more than one occasion as well as on 7/15/16 we had to come out to talk with her again as she was scaring some of the other kids on the property by pounding on the door and yelling at them to the point where they came to the office to get staff.  Please note that we address any and all issues that come through this office- especially complaints regarding the pool.  All we need is a persons name or townhome number and all complaint as addressed.  Please feel free to stop at the office and discuss any further issues you may be having.
