adamant that I contact the Revdex.com to let you know that he was going to give me a refund.  I received it on 8/10/2015 and the check was for a total of $126.00.When I spoke to the person on 8/3/ I told him that I would prefer a replacement piece of jewelry but he insisted in giving me a cash refund.I explained to him that the culture in this country is to satisfy a customer in an expedient manner.  Holding my bracelet  and not taking action for almost three months is not acceptable.Since I now have a refund I now consider this matter closed in a satisfactory manner.[redacted]@gmail.com[redacted]
