The check cleared on September 11, 2014 and was sent to [redacted]25, 2014 before this complaint was submitted. The reason that this project was not completed as due to it our leaf removal truck was not operable. In fact, our leaf removal truck is still inoperable and has been shop for at least 6 months. We did not intend to mislead [redacted]  in regards to this matter. We had every reason to complete the leaf removal project.in returningtell the customer that we would refund his deposit and did delay in returning his deposit because we were  out hope that we would get our truck back and therefore be able to complete the project and not lose a v er.Respectfully.

Review: I entered a leaf removal service agreement with Mr. Dan H[redacted] at DH Lawn & Landscapes, LLC. on May 6, 2014. The service was to remove leaves from my property at [redacted], Maryland. The quote was $640 for the work. Mr. H[redacted] asked me to pay $320 in advance before the service was conducted, which I paid through my credit card. However, after receiving my payment, Mr. H[redacted] has never conducted the work and he told me that his leaf collection truck was broken and was being repaired. After waiting for two months, he still did not perform the service because his truck was still broken. I informed him that I would like to cancel the service agreement with him and requested my pre-payment refunded. He agreed to refund the payment ($320). However, he never sent me the check. Despite many e-mails and phone calls to him for two months, he still did not refund my payment (even though he promised he would repeatedly).I would like to file a complaint on his business misconduct and cheating.Desired Settlement: I seek your help to get my pre-payment ($320) refunded. Thanks.
