Review: On 7/**/13 ordered from their Website 100 10mg of Cetirizine. The money was taken out of my checking account the same day. As of 8/*/13 I still have not received the medicine. Sent an email to them on 7/**/13 and got no response. Called their [redacted] number, left a message with my home & cell phone numbers; no response. Tried calling 8/*/13 and cannot get a human being on the phone. Every department that you choose sends you to voice mail. What good is the voice mail if no one is going to respond to the message? This is the 3rd time this has happened and I am tired of dealing with this very, very poor non-customer service. This is an awful way to do business. They take your money and don't deliver your order. Shame on them.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order as soon as possible.
