Review: On 3/*/2014- I had ordered from the store a TV Stand that was to be delivered after 5 days from the date of order. After the waiting period I called the store to ask about my tv stand, he said the delivery couldn't be made until the following Tuesday. On Tuesday(3/**/2014), after waiting now 9 days from the original order date, I called the store. The guy answered rudely and said that I should call the delivery guy myself to see when he can deliver my furniture. He also said that the delivery guy is on his way to delivery some things and will deliver mine after he finishes off with others, and if he is unable to do it today then he would do it the next day. I had wanted to discuss more about the order but, before I could finish, he had hung up the phone on me. He had done this every time I called him about my order. I am frustrated and emotionally distressed at the thought of being cheated by his false business practices. The order required making deposit of 30% of the price, which is $300 and the remaining balance due upon delivery $290. In total, the price is $590. The invoice include a note that says upon cancellation I lose 25% of $ 590. And the remaining balance made through store credit. After all these sour dealings with him, I don't like to have to deal with the store. There is nothing I would want to buy from the store on the store credit. And, another note about complain, that after 48 hours no complain accepted, This is inconsistent when my waiting period of (60 hours) would already have elapsed the complaining window hours.Desired Settlement: If possible, I would like to cancel my order and have all the money I paid ($300) refunded( not store credit) back to me. And if I were still to lose the fraction of money then I would keep my order. Because of his negligence on my order, I had lost lots of time catching up on other deals regarding the TV stand. I would like all the other associated expanses of ($150) paid if possible.
