Hello - I am responding to above complaint number # [redacted] .This resident lived at one of our properties and when they moved out, the wrong move-out date was put on the paperwork in errorThe paperwork said that they moved out on 4/1/but they actually moved out on 3/31/16, and so they were charged rent for day in errorWe received the corrected paperwork on 6/10/and processed the check request and the check for the $was processed on 6/29/(check #4032) Our representative also spoke with this resident about this They should have received the check by now.Please let me know if we can be of further assistance

*** *** *** *** is accurate that on 7/28/17, his apartment home experienced water intrusionAs soon as we possibly could, we permitted *** *** to relocate to another apartment home temporarily, while repairs were being madeThe significance of this intrusion will lead us to spend nearly $25,due to damages to include flooring, cabinets, appliances, Walls, etc.The complaint is not relevant, as there were no work orders to demonstrate that there were ongoing or any moisture issuesPer our governed lease documents, the molds mildew addendum (Violation of Addendum) states, the tenant can be held responsible for property damage or health problems as a result of not reporting incidentsThe addendum specifically states that noncompliance, includes but is not limited to, notification in writingWhile *** *** provided a document in 2016, per our records, we determined the issue was resolvedIt was not brought to our attention until nearly months later that this issue was outstanding.*** *** currently has a temporary unit through the end of his lease which is 9/5/2017, We Strive to provide the best customer Service possible and when issues come up, outside of our control (weather), we do the best we can to resolve in a prompt manner and ensure our resident's satisfaction.if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at ***Many Thanks,VP of Property Management

spoke to my accountant, who verified that the check had not been cashed. I requested that a stop payment be done along with a re­issue of the check immediately. I them communicated my plans to Mr. [redacted], confirmed the address and requested a follow-up call when he receives the replacement check.

charged rent for 1 day in error. We received the corrected paperwork on 6/10/16 and processed the check request and the check for the $97.24 was processed on 6/29/16 (check #4032) . Our representative also spoke with this resident about this . They should have received the check by now.Please let me know if we can be of further assistance.
