I am rejecting this response because: while the company did send out a Mold Remediation person, no one has come out to the house or scheduled a time to meet to discuss plans for fixing the issue. To date I still have a stain on my ceiling from the leak and the leak(s) have not been repaired. Nothing has been done to the roof to ensure that the leaks that have been continuously occurring for the past three years occurs again. I am tired of no one doing anything, which is why we have requested the refund of our monies. A phone call once in a while to "check-in" and then not answering when we call or email or actually coming out to the house or fixing the roof is not acceptable. The roof that was placed on our house by [redacted]/DHI Roofing has proven to be insufficient as shown year after year of leaks.
