DHI Title has got to be the worst title company in the world They are so uncoordinated and very rude
I have called this company times to advise to a change of phone number weeks later still no phone call I then receive an e-mail with a closing date I call them to advise that the date is no good and, I was told that I am not on the list to close and was left on hold for minutes From the beginning to end the whole DR Horton/DHI as they are one of the same company Builder/Title are the absolute worse There is a lot of BS coming out their mouths just to make you feel better and for you think things are getting accomplished when in reality its all a crock of *** I cannot wait for their survey of customer service PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They have caused me nothing but stress and aggravation and in speaking with all my neighbors who actually approached me to tell me to stay away from DR H*** and DHI, it was too late as I already had the Contract execu
