Mr crews bring his car on 6/24/at around noon time and he talked to pedro and he told him to go inside and fill out the form and *** *** went inside but he left without doing that next day he came and ask about what is wrong with his car and he talked to pedro again pedro told him that we need the keys to the car to check the carhe said really I didn't know I am sorry and he went inside and fill out formpedro check the car radiator was leaking antifreeze. from the accident ac condenser was pushed in to the radiator (NOT AC COMPRESSOR LIKE *** *** SAID) ac condenser comes first then the radiator so something has to go through the ac conednsor to hit the radiator and he told him that when he came backand he gave him estimate for ac condenser and radiator that is when mr crews just went off calling him all kinds of name (WE HAVE EVERYTHING ON VIDEO CAMERA) *** *** had to pay the $ for him to do diagnose on the car and he paid after few minuteshe came next day and told pedro that he got radiator done for $ which is finewe can't patch stuff if his radiator and condenser was leaking we are gonna tell him that and gave him price for thathe has the right to refuse to do the work which he did but he had to pay for diagnoseand he paid that after not before (WE HAVE EVERYTHING IN VIDEO CAMERA) and for mrvinod k*** we just hired him two months ago he is a Maryland state inspectorand he was on vacation during that time *** *** never even seen mrvinod k*** nor talked to himif you have anymore concern please contect me thank you

Review: On 6/24/14 at around 2:15pm in the afternoon, I was involved in a hit and run car accident. My car was damaged in the front and leaking antifreeze. I was able to drive it into a local Valero Service Station Store #[redacted] located at [redacted], MD [redacted]. Upon my arrival, I pulled my damaged car in front of an open bay area. I got out and had to search the garage for an employee. I located an employee but was greeted with a blank stare. I asked the employee if there was any way he could take a look at my car because it was leaking fluid. The employee was unresponsive and walked away. He returned with another employee, Vinod K[redacted], who very rudely told me to go inside and fill out a form, pay $35 and to come back in two hours. I did as I was instructed. I returned two hours later and spoke with Vinod K[redacted]. He told me that there were two things wrong with my car. The radiator was busted and my A/C Compressor was broken and both needed to be replaced. I asked how much it would be and Vinod K[redacted] went inside the garage. He then returned with hand written prices for all the parts and labor. The total was $700. I have had work done on my vehicle in the past so I IMMEDIATLEY knew that this price quote was outrageously inflated. I informed Vinod K[redacted] that this was too much and that I didn't want him to do the work. Vinod then told me that I needed to get my car off his lot and if I didn't have my car off his lot by 6pm that evening he would have it towed. I removed my car and took it to another mechanic who informed me that my A/C Compressor was working fine and that all I needed was a new radiator which I got replaced for $250. I found it very offensive and rude to be taken advantage of by someone who I am supposed to trust with my safety while operating my motor vehicle. Now when Vinod K[redacted] told me all the things that needed to be done, I believed him because I'm not a mechanic and he is. I trusted him to do what was right and he disappointed me and did the complete opposite. Vinod K[redacted] was a very rude and discourteous employee. I frequent Valero on several occasions but after this experience I will no longer shop any Getty establishments, if I can help it, and I will recommend everyone to do the same. The level of customer service has got to get better at this specific service station because I am not the only customer who has had problems with Mr. Vinod K[redacted].Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that I was treated very poorly and unfairly by Vinod K[redacted], one of your employees, I would like a full refund on the $35 that I paid for him to evaluate my vehicle. Please inform me of any and all further action that you will take in this matter. Thank you.
