packaging at all, and especially the product was bulbs so their useful life expires as much they are used; thus, it was not possible to return product that may been used product during this period.

His info is incorrect! I did purchase it on June 27th, 2016 and he (Dhillon lighting) was well aware that it was to be installed in March of 2016, however the builder was able to install it earlier. [redacted] He said if there are any issue he would take care of it! He also recommended the bright white bulbs even though I had asked him for the soft white ones and he said if they do not look good come back and he would exchange them and he did not because I do not have the boxes because the installer threw the boxes out as I do NOT live at the property yet.
