Losing of important document by DHL in SaskatoonI had an important document sent by my father from Iran to Canada via DHL on May 1,but it has never been delivered.Despite contacting and following up,the DHL administration did not do anything.This document costed me almost $900,and this has made and will make tremendous problems for my application processing in [redacted] in Saskatchewan.The driver did not deliver the package and receive any signature,causing unforgivable problem.To provide again this document,I need to spend the same money.When I asked the compensation,the leader of customer service has not addressed my problem.I have all of their emails,showing that they accepted me to become the owner of this shipping,however,this business believes I am not the shipment holder.I live in Vancouver and the shipment belonged to me,not the sender! Complaint[redacted]I had a package shipped to me which arrived in the city on Thursday 05 December 2013. With expedited shipping paid for, it should have been delivered that day but was not. On Friday, the 6th, I called DHL numerous times and was assured it would arrive that day. No delivery was attempted.On Monday a delivery was scheduled and the DHL call center assured me it would arrive today. It never did.On Tuesday [redacted], an entry for Friday the 6th appeared on the tracking log: "Delivery attempted; recipient not home." [redacted] I was home all day specifically to receive this package.[redacted]Attempts to speak to DHL have only brought me more assurances that delivery WILL happen, but there have yet to be any attempt to actually do so. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like them to deliver my package to me as assured and I would like to be refunded for all of my shipping costs for failing to deliver it within the expedited shipping window of 2-5 business days. (Thursday the 5th - Tuesday the 10th is 5 business days.)
