Review: DHL Home Services installed New Heat Pump Condenser Variable Speed Air Handler, Heat Package, Attic drain Pan, and Safety Switch. DHL Home Service informed me that Air Filters were on order and would be delivered in one week, but I never received new filters. Second, they performed very shoddy work on my putting my duct work back together after replacing the attic A frame unit which I had to hire another contractor to fix leaks in the duct work. I tried to contact the company several times to address the matter, but calls were never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the filters as promised and receive complimentary service.

Review: DHL [redacted] did a yearly home inspection on AC/Heating April 2, 2013 . I was told he was ordering a part that was under warranty and would return to install it within a couple of weeks. Realzing furnace had not been closed properly I called [redacted] a could of days later to inform him of the problem and asking him to return my call. I have called several times since and as yet not gotten a call back or part that was to be ordered.Desired Settlement: Return to put in ordered part and close furnace properly.
