Regarding the window, yes on the third day of the removal process, a window was damaged(cracked).I attached photos in my response of the windowThe window has been replaced and all cost for the window was provided by DHT
The job was not miss-bid, the original contract was based on 2-layers
of existing composition. Also, a another company's contract that she showed me a copy of was also based on 2-layers of removal. During the roof removal a third layer of composition was discovered and communicated to ***I attached pictures to show the third layerThe additional cost included three items1.) wood rot located at the front porch entry way, rotted wood trim, and the labor & disposal cost for the third layer of composition roofingThis was a lot of extra work and disposal cost. I also verbally communicated to her at the time of discovery of the extra work, that I would be willing to accept payments within a reasonable time frame or she could use a credit card as an optionI am willing to work out a fair and reasonable agreement, so DHT can be compensated for the necessary work performed

I am rejecting this response because:  Facts are not as stated by business.  
Business is in breach of original contract, whereas any and all work outside the original contract required homeowner's approval and/or signature.  This was never given verbally or in written form. DHT Owner, Curtis T[redacted] acknowledged this in his phone conversation to me on December 30, 2016 at 11:55am.  However, he currently seems to be side-stepping the issue.
This has been an unfortunate interaction from start to finish. I am not in agreement with DHTs attempts to extract money for work that was never written or verbally contracted to do.  That is the issue here.  DHT was hired to do a contracted job and paid for those specific services as outlined and agreed to in that contract.  
Services have been paid for in full and I consider this matter closed.
