Review: The seviceman from Di Carlo came to look at my washing maching. He said that he needed to replace the pump and belt. He did that and we paid over $200 for it. He said that he guarateed the work for 90 days. Two weeks later the belt broke again. They came again and now said it was a transmission problem and said that it can not be fixed and that we needed to buy a new washing machine. They could have told me that before I paid them $200 to fixed something that now they said can not be fixed. They did not give me a refund of my money either.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money that I paid since the problem was not fixed at all.
