Good morning and thank you for your concern on this situationPlease allow me to explain the real and factual parts that ** *** forgot to mention** *** came into our dealership to buy a *** *** lt with only miles on itThis car is considered basically brand new Due to the Miles At the time of purchase we have provided ** *** with a *** that clearly shows this car was never in any kinds of accident that ** *** claims** *** was happy with the *** and the car and went on to purchase the vehicleAbout weeks later ** *** called our dealership regarding a broken fog light on which we agreed to pay for on his behalf with no problem** *** didn't wanna drive all the way back to Philadelphia to have this fixed so to make it more convenient for him we told him to go to a certified chevy dealer near his houseWe spoke with the dealer on to what needed to be fixed and we agreed to pay for what ever it neededYou can ask ** *** to provide documentation of his visit to the dealer** *** seemed ok and we didn't hear anything until about weeks later again on which he called with rage and making threats to all of my staff and telling us he works in customer service and will deface my name all over the internetWe were confused because he took it too his place of choice and we agreed to everything he requested** *** went on to call every day and talk very nasty to everyone in our office and also bad mouthed the owner mr Emilio d*** sr who passed away during this purchase due to muscular dystrophy ** *** then deleted the review off of googleWe have went above and beyond to please this gentlemen including allowing to take his car to his choice The car was a one owner , clean *** , miles beautiful carDue to the threats and bad language towards my employees and my self hevwas told he can not call anymore unless he was gonna be respectfulWe been in business for years and we never have issues with our customers as we try to work with everyone unfortunately ** *** is a person that could never be pleased with any type of good service Thank you Anthony d***
