Review: I had 4 replacement tires put on my vehicle in 2014 by Dimaggio's. They tread wore inappropriately on two of the tires originally. I contacted Dimaggio's with the issue and they agreed to work with me on replacing them. They replaced two of them on 05/20/15 and indicated the others were wearing appropriately. However, on 06/15/15 I was in a minor car accident and my car was serviced at Russ Darrow. On that date, Russ Darrow performed a safety check and found the 2 remaining from Dimaggio's tires to in fact be worn at the point already of needing to be replaced. I contacted Dimaggio's and was asked to come in so they could view the tires when convenient for me, since they couldn't do anything for me without seeing them. I subsequently took the vehicle in and they reviewed it. [redacted] at the service desk said they were in fact worn and that he would have to speak with "Tom" about how to resolve the issues. I was told they would call me back in a few days. They did not call me back to resolve it, and I called two additional times to be told Tom needed to approve resolving it. They did agree it was inappropriate service and now will not return calls to deal with the issues. Additionally, when I needed my next oil change on 10/07/15 I went to Russ Darrow since Dimaggio's wasn't trustworthy. I was told at that time the remaining tires were a safety risk and were legally bare and had to be replaced. I agreed to replace the two tires since I still had no resolution from Dimaggio's. However, I was then informed by Russ Darrow that Dimaggio's put the wrong tires on my vehicle to begin with, they had put truck tires that couldn't be matched, and contributed to the wear. Russ Darrow couldn't only put 2 tires on due to the wrong fit of the other two from Dimaggio's. So I had to replace all 4 tires, including the new ones they previously replaced. This only occurred because they put the incorrect fit tires on.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $419.85. This is for the two wrong fit tires for which they charged me $139.95, and then $279.90 for the two tires that wore inappropriately, that they previously said they would settle with me on. Regarding the two truck tires they put onto my car, which have very little wear, I am willing to return those to them. These are not appropriate for my car and I did keep them to return to Dimaggio's when Russ Darrow removed them. I am only asking for material costs.
