I recently received two letters in the mail, one dated 5/31/and the other date 6/11/17, with a request to respond to a patient complaint To discuss the issue in more detail I would need a medical release of information signed by the patient Since the ID provided by you is your number I can therefore respond only based on the number I see the first letter was processed on 5/31/with issue stated The issue was resolved on 6/5/with a refund For future reference, the standard insurance processing time frame is 6-weeks for a clean claim The [redacted] is required to complete claims processing prior to issuing refunds [redacted] ***
