not properly update the payment information until 3/10/16. This is the reason
why Ms. [redacted] received a statement in February showing the credit. However, we
show Ms. [redacted]’ insurance processed these claims and left the amounts listed above
as her responsibility. There was not an overpayment made by Ms. [redacted].
