cause of the delay in providing the customer with the return authorization number and return shipping label for our mistake in shipping the extra item to the customer.  We have since emailed the customer the required return authorization number as well as a return shipping label to ship the mis-shipped shoes back to our warehouse.  As stated earlier, the customer was not charged at any point for this extra pair of shoes that was sent out by mistake and has only been charged for the item they ordered.  We are very sorry for the delay in getting the return information to you as well as the poor shopping experience you have received.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to further assist you with resolving any issues with your order.  You can contact us directly at [redacted] or email us at [redacted]

Our Return Policy as well as Terms and Conditions clearly state that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide proof of delivery in the form of a tracking #. exchange and the exchange order is shipped out free at no additional cost.  These terms are all clearly stated under our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions which Customers must accept and agree to in order to place an with us.  Our website will not allow them to place their order until our Terms and Conditions have been accepted.The customer has been refunded $125.96 to their original form of payment which is 10% less of the original purchase price of $139.96. The customer has not provided any tracking information for their return shipment for proof of delivery.
We do offer and advertise free shipping for all orders over $99, which this customer received on their order, but no where do we advertise free returns.  The customer may have confused the policies of other stores with ours and just expected our company to be the same as others.  We are an honest and ethical company that stands by our word.  We are in business to help those with hard to fit feet and the accusations brought upon us by the customer are not true, inaccurate and wrong.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at the Diabetic Shoes Hub. I have larger and wider feet and it's very difficult to find shoes that fit. I work in a factory so I need protection via steel toe. When I placed my order, I received a call from customer support informing me that the item I ordered was out of stock but they would be getting it in about 3 weeks.
I appreciate this courtesy as I have shopped on many other online retailers that don't inform me that an item is out of stock, nor do they contact me at all. I will definitely shop here again for my next pair of boots.

I am very disappointed that Diabetic Shoes HuB does not refresh their inventory online to show what they really have in stock. When you go searching for something online, you expect that they have it in stock, unless otherwise stated. I was skeptical because they said they had every size and color available of the shoe I was looking for, so I went through the process, paid and received order confirmation. The next day I received an email that they had other options (bate and switch) for me in other colors available but that they checked with the manufacturer and that shoe was not available in the color and size I ordered it in.

As I look over their website... it looks like this is a common thing in their shoe department.

I'm very bummed because they have my money and it will take a long time to get it back because I paid through PayPal.

If your looking for shoes... buy them someplace that had the inventory in stock... not Diabetic Shoes HuB.

Review: I sent boots back Monday, 1/04/16 and had to call Diabetic shoe hub on 1/21/16. They said I would get a credit on my account on Fri 1/22/16 for $125.97 not $139.97 what I originally paid because they charge 10% restock fee (they advertised free shipping and returns. The boots were in perfect condition when I sent them back. I have not gotten my credit and I know the company scams elderly people who have foot problems.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund back immediately $139.97 and I want it noted by Revdex.com when people order from them they prey on the elderly who have foot conditions like me I'm 66 years old. I order from On-line shoes, hush puppies, etc all the time and never got charged for a restocking fee just for postage to send back the shoes.
