Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the color process that they did on the jewelry wasn't done correctly and the color was dull and didn't cover all of the piece of jewelry I know how good the color comes out because the new piece of jewelry that I ordered from them was bright and perfectly done The dye jobs should match on both pieces of jewelry and it does not I will also reject this rebuttal due to the disrespectful email that the owner sent me, and this should be on record for other customers to see If they refund my money, then I will be happy to remove my complaints Regards, [redacted] ***

The FAQ page that says "Please note: There are absolutely no returns for anodized Titanium or Niobium Jewelry. All anodized jewelry is considered custom ordered. Be sure you know what you want before you order anodized jewelry." Here is the link /> http://www. There was no way for you to tell if it was done poorly as you never even opened the package. We therefore dispute your claim that it was done incorrecty and that we should refund you for it. If you simply did not want the piece of jewelry, why did you not just say so, instead of making up some story on how it was done incorrectly. Your correctly anodized jewelry was sent back to you as per our website policy.
