I have been a Telehop customer for two yearsFor the last five months, my service was not working at allI called repeatedly and asked for helpThey said they would call back and never didNothing was resolved and I requested to cancel my accountI also asked for my money back for the months they automatically billed me where the phone did not workThroughout this process the customer service was terrible, they gave me a lot of attitude, they thought it was funny that I was upset about the service, and when I asked them to for a partial refund the agent literally did not want to make the request because it would be inconvenient for herNext they billed me for months of service instead of refunding me monthsI really feel this was a deliberate way to mess with me and my requestsTo me this is the worst company for phone serviceI have never experienced such inexperienced staff who really do not care about their customer***, they charge you for a service, promise you service, and then take your money without your consentDo NOT sign up with this company, they are the worseSeriously, it is better to be able to trust your provider and avoid billing issuesThey have received numerous billing complaints and I can only imagine how many people have been billed incorrectly and not reported it
*** Yesterday (oct 25, 2015) they were posting a fare of $unlimited calling to Cuba (per call - mins max)which is an incredible priceToday they are posting $for first min and $for EACH ADDITIONAL MINUTE!!!! that is more than what carriers such as *** or *** charge a minWhen I called them out on it (and had screen shots of yesterday's site and today's site), they simply told me: "we have the right to change our prices without notice ....you should check our website each time before using!"
Oh I see so if I had used the service today and talked for an hour, it would have cost me $instead of $!!!
