We will gladly refund the purchase price if they will send us the furniture.They state that their purchases are warping on their own and we have informed them that when went back to check on their furniture after we installed it, we entered the premises to find that the temperature was well over 90...

degrees and that heat has caused damage to the furniture, which would be an insurance claim.  Nevertheless, we offered to exchange or refund them in good faith. We have offered to pick it up at our own expense but have informed them that they would have to wait until the delivery truck/trailer is empty AND we are in the area.  We had a route planned for passing through their area, but due to weather and other conditions, we are running behind.   They are aware of this but due to recent and ongoing online bullying and harrassment by themselves and their friends, no one is wanting to pick up the furniture as they feel that it would not be a safe environment.  Due to this, we are asking that they just send us the furniture in order to receive their refund.    We would also like to invite them to re-visit the terms and conditions that they agreed to at the time of purchase, which states that they will only receive a refund once we receive the furniture and re-sell it as they have ordered custom beds which we cannot just immediately resell. We are asking the Revdex.com to get involved as attempting to deal with these people is getting out of hand.

I am rejecting this response because:Andy has been working with me as recently as December and has never ever once mentioned a 30 day return policy.  My original purchase was made in May 2016 and installed in July 2016.  Andy, in December, agreed to replace the table as he knew it wasn't the original table I ordered, and agreed to fix the beds.  I have all the necessary written documentation to prove that I am the correct party and Andy is in the wrong.

We sent out a delivery truck on the 23rd as we discussed and they were unable to get anyone to answer the door and because of the date and myself being absent for the holidays, they just returned home.  Apparently we were provided an address that was also undeliverable by the post office as our...

samples package was returned as well.   I have included an image of that.    At this point we can re-schedule and are willing to do so at our own expense.    Andy

If you want a full refund, please send the furniture back by calling a shipping company or moving company and we will refund you in full despite the fact that it was your thermostat/furnace or lack of air conditioning that has caused the damage.   Andy

I am rejecting this response because:A full refund is the only option at this point. While I understand your terms of use, that requires to you have actually given me the product I have paid for. The price also included delivery and installation, so shipping is not an option. I also do not have the means to move or install custom furniture, so please do not ship it. As for future delivery, I have already waited 3 days for deliveries that were not made and frankly have no evidence to believe you will follow through this time. We were there on Wed the original delivery date, since that was the only day we had in writing. We were also there Thursday and Friday hoping you would follow through on the time we rescheduled over the phone. You did not show or even attempt communication telling me you would not be there. You still have not responded to any communication regarding the matter except through Revdex.com. As a business you are clearly in the wrong here since you failed to render the services paid for in advance. As people I question your ethics and disrespect of peoples time and circumstance, especially over the holidays. I encourage you to please refund my money and let this end now.
