voided. We have put new procedures in place so that things like this don't happen anymore and we are working to streamline our processes. With that being said, we are a certified laboratory and governed by certain rules and regulations and in your case we are simply following the procedures put on our industry. I would encourage you to do your research about the legalities surrounding laboratory practices. I am truly sorry we can not completely satisfy or 100% rectify this situation with you, but we are willing to work with you on the outstanding amount. That is unfortunately the best we can offer at this time.

billed in 2015 and the insurance failed to process our claim in 2015.  Your insurance carrier finally paid on 01/19/2017.  Late processing was not at fault of Diagnos-Techs, but fault of your insurance carrier.

We apologize if you have been overcharged any amount that was not authorized.  Please contact our office directly so we can review your account to see if there is an outstanding balance and resolve whatever billing issues occurred with your credit card.

I am rejecting this response because:I specifically called the lab to ask about the cost for the lab tests to be completed and the representative ONLY quoted one price i.e. $285.00 for the test.  I was never informed of the two price options and therefore was unable to select which price I would accept to move forward with.  Based on the fact that I was quoted $285.00 for the lab test, my husband and I are only willing to be responsible for that quoted price of $285.00 per test.  It seems an internal mistake by the lab to only quote one price and we are not responsible to cover for their error in communicating prices to their customers.Further, the lab could have chosen to be transparent and list all pricing options for the lab tests on the lab form - like other labs do - which would further prevent any misunderstandings or errors from the lab's representatives in quoting the price.  It is apparent that the lab chooses not to be transparent in their pricing of lab tests.

I am rejecting this response because:We are glad to hear that the Diagnos-Techs' process has been improved to prevent the kind of misinformation that occurred in the case of our billing. We also hope that this will improve your customer satisfaction and your rating through the Revdex.com. However, in addressing the issues at hand concerning our case, we would like to reiterate that we never had any intention of disobeying any rules or laws.  On the other hand, we are not willing to be financially responsible for any amount other than the $285.00 we had been quoted for by your representative, which is legally binding.  Therefore, as per our correspondence dated 11/12/2016, we consider our financial liabilities with Diagnos-Techs as settled.Since Diagnos-Techs mentions the legalities concerning the deductible, we will work with our insurance company to see that we can then satisfy the 2015 deductible.

We have appealed with your insurance carrier providing proof of timely filing. Your insurance carrier has still denied our claim.  We have also offered to discount your bill due to the insurance carrier denying the claim.  We have filed with the insurance carrier per your request,...

appealed, offered you a significant discount and even offered to help file a complaint with the insurance commissioner to get your insurance to process your claim.  Fault is not at Diagnos-Techs. Services were rendered, balance will not be written off.
