Review: I have had horrible experiences with this repair shop. On July **, 2014 I took my vehicle in to get my muffler replaced. I was quoted 60 dollars for the repair and service and to come back for my car in an hour. I came back after an hour and th car was still not done. The [redacted] told me they were busy and in one hour they will be done for sure. It took them 5 and half hours to do a job they said would be done in an hour. Not only did I go back and forth multiple times trying to get my car but the delay made me late for my anniversary dinner. When the car was finally done [redacted], the business [redacted], told me 90 dollars for the service. I told him he quoted me 60 and he insisted I had gotten a 70 dollar muffler installed in my car and that he couldn't charge me the 60 he had initially said. After going back and forth with [redacted] he said 80 was the best he could do. Since I was already hours late for a special celebration I paid the 80 and left. Every time I drove the muffler would rattle so I brought my car back to the shop. The [redacted] had one of his employees fix it. What he did was add a clamp to the exhaust pipe that held the muffler up and was suppose to reduce the rattling. Not even a month later, on August [redacted] I was driving to the beach when I heard something scrapping the floor. I pulled over and my muffler was on the floor hanging on to the car by the clamp that was recently added to "fix" the issue. To add to this horrible experience on September [redacted] I went onlin to pay a parking ticket I had received to find out I had another ticket from the day I got my muffler fixed. The address on that ticket was from the repair shop. Not only did they get a parking ticket when my vehicle was at their shop but they never told me and even had a hearing for the parking violation and were found guilty! I went back to the shop and [redacted] claimed they take no responsibility for tickets received on their propertyDesired Settlement: I want the penalties and the ticket paid for in full.

Review: I took my vehicle to Diagnostic Electronic Auto Repairs The gentleman's called himself [redacted] to change wheel bearing. [redacted] changed brake pad and rotor for front wheels and oil change without informing me. When I went to pick up car the total bill was $380- His reply was the problem was not the bearing. After one week the same problem I experienced which the rubbing or a strange sound from the front wheel. I subsequently, took the car back to [redacted] and his diagnosed was the wheel bearing and the cost to fix it is going to be $180- I replied to him I told the first time to change the bearing and you said that was not the problem.

The above mentioned was for my Toyota Avalon.

My other experience was my Nissan Xterra. [redacted] charged $140 for one sensor to clear the engine light. When I left the his shop the light came back on I immediately returned the car to my great surprise [redacted] was absolutely drunk. I went to another mechanic and he sent me to Nissan store to purchase the sensor and he replaced the used senor [redacted] put in. The light came off and the car is okay. Every time you visit Diagnostic Electronic Auto Parts [redacted] is always drinking. He employs mechanic helpers who take longer to remove an old parts or assemble a new part. And the customers pay for the extra hours . Once a customer confronted [redacted] when he replaced an old part into his vehicle. [redacted] is very unprofessional and I think this is bad reflection for our community. Also very important the entire sidewalk is taken up with vehicle and as such it is very difficult to walk or push stroller. Your help on the above matter will highly appreciated.Desired Settlement: He should be confronted with the above matter by the appropriate authorities to give more professional services to our community.
