This is a response regarding complaint # [redacted].Regarding complaint after reviewing account for the patient, the following corrections have been completed. The first thing was we found a missed adjustment on the account of $13.69 dollars and this is being adjusted off the account, this was done on...

12/19/16. The patient will owe us nothing. However in the same time frame patient made the $13.69 payment that she stated that she would pay in the documentation of the complaint. Patient will be receiving a refund of $13.69, and per our guidelines we have up to 90 days to process this refund. I am writing this up for the refund and will do my best to expedite the refund to the patient.Per our records this account is at a zero balance with a refund do to patient. Their billing practices are horrible! On two separate occasions I never even received a bill, not one, and they sent it straight to collections. They even sent it to collections before insurance had a chance to pay on it, which they did in s timely matter. I have perfect credit and find their billing practices appalling.
