Review: Went for a annual physical at Diagnostic & Medical Specialists of Greenwich [redacted] on 01/2014.I have a co-pay of $20 which I paid in cash. Office person mentioned she is in a hurry and cannot provide a receipt but we are good and I walk out. 4 months later I discover that there is a bill for $20 outstanding and was threatened with collections agency if not paid. I informed I did pay in cash. They turned it over to collections agency [redacted] which kept chasing and threatening to damage my credit if I did not pay $32 (apparently its $20 plus their fees). Finally to get rid of the hassle, I decided to pay it off just to get the hassle away even though I did not owe them the original $20. Attached is the check I sent them that was deposited. On 04/07/2015, I receive an other bill for $40 (attached) though I did not visit them from 01/2014, never went back in over 1.3 years. Its a shady malpractice, hassling business. Thanks,Desired Settlement: (1) Account closure with no money owed.(2) Cheating apology with refund of $32 paid to their collections.(3) promise not to cheat consumers again.
