I am rejecting this response because:the business tried to collect an amount without processing a claim. I called [redacted] and the provider must submit a claimbefore collecting any money. $199 is way too much fir this service [redacted] estimate the out of pocket to be $89. We went to anither provider and got the service requested with no issues and the out of pocket was $89. In addition your business required f a test that was not prescribe by my dr. A mamography. Which is a clear insurance fraud to tell a patient to do acted t no prescribed and also requiring it in order to perform a Ultrasound
