Delivery Team caused damage to brand new wood floors The floor had just been put up the day before the delivery I called the company as soon as we noticed the damages under the sofaThe delivery team was still outside when I called to notify them of the damages done to the floor underneath the couchI called and Diakon requested an estimate and pictures of the damagesI submitted everything they requested and received a letter stating that no damage was done by their delivery teamI have proof from the contractor that had just finished doing my floors the day before that there was no damage as the floors where just installed and brand new
Please be advised that we have spoken to Ms*** *** today and have settled this complaint in the amount of $100. A check is being sent to her this weekPlease let me know if you have any other questionsJaime M***

Would not take old fridge to basement as previously cleared with delivery manager Most dissatisfied
