Review: I was informed I was buying a "unlimited" service contract but when I downloaded the contract it was a "ONE YEAR" contract.Which was printed in extra small type. I called the company and, since I felt the product was not as stated, said I wanted my money refunded. (The product is a computer software security product) A Mr [redacted] advised me he would correct the misstated contract and forward the corrected contract to me the next day. (10/17/2013) He did not! I called again and informed him I want a refund and have no desire to use their product. Since then, I have been told day after day that I would be getting my money refunded but, after over two weeks, I am still without said refund.I have sent numerous e mails to their advertised site but have never received a reply. After at least eight telephone calls I have nothing to show for my actions.
