I am rejecting this response because: I was
quoted the price would be $ I was not told that the price could go as high as $ When I picked up my garment I very clearly expressed my displeasure with the clerk and indicated that I would be following up with a complaint If I had not paid the fee, they would not give me my dress back so I had no choiceI will never go back to this dry cleaner

Customer was told we could not do cleaning for low $17.00 , however it would be no more than $25.00. when she picked up the dress she paid the $24.00 cleaning charge and expressed happiness and  gratitude of a job well done.
