Dial Discount Fuel

Review: Dial Discount Fuel was contacted early in the morning, advance payment made to deliver heating oil and an extra charge for payment for same day delivery was also paid. In the afternoon at 3:50 PM, I called the company to confirm that oil delivery would take place and they confirmed that the delivery truck was in my area and would be making delivery. At 4:45 PM I called again and they informed me that they would NOT be making a delivery today and the next available delivery was 2 days later. They did not once contact me to let me know that there is a possibility of non-delivery of heating oil and that they will be unable to make delivery. I was not able to make alternate arrangements for oil delivery due to this.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of charges and reimbursement of hotel bill. I am informed that they will be taking upto 5 days to issue the refund. Reimbursement for hotel bill since there is no oil to heat the house and my family will have to check in to a motel till oil is delivered.
